Bad AV is almost always a design problem, not a gear problem. We spend the time up front — so the room actually gets used.

Walkthrough
We measure the room — dimensions, ceiling height, surface materials, lighting, sightlines, and the way it actually gets used. Bad AV almost always traces back to skipping this step.

Design
Display sizing, microphone strategy, speaker layout, signal flow, control logic, rack elevation, and a written bill of materials. You see the design before we order gear.

Install
Cabling, mounts, rack build-out, network commissioning, Q-SYS programming, and source-by-source testing. Every room is signed off only when a real meeting runs through it cleanly.

Train & manage
Quick training for end users (the goal: zero help-desk tickets in week one) and an optional managed plan for ongoing firmware, monitoring, and same-day response.
03 / How we build

Decisions that make a room actually work.

The choices behind every Wizer AV install — written down so there's no surprise when the room ships.

Q-SYS as the control plane.

Q-SYS gives us audio DSP, video routing, and control logic on a single networked platform — fewer boxes, fewer points of failure, and the room design lives in software so changes don't require a service truck. We use it as the default for any room more complex than a single display and a soundbar.

Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, or BYOD.

We size the room first, then choose the platform. Teams Rooms when the org runs Microsoft 365. Zoom Rooms when Zoom is already standardized. BYOD when the room serves multiple companies, guest users, or unpredictable traffic. Every room ships with the front-of- room console pre-provisioned and signed in.

Microphones are acoustic engineering.

Beamforming ceiling arrays for open-format conference rooms. Table-top mics for boardrooms with hard reflective surfaces. DSP tuning to handle reverb, HVAC noise, and that one squeaky chair. The cheapest microphone is always the wrong one.

Displays sized for the back row.

Display size follows the 6× rule of farthest-viewer-distance for content rooms, 4× for video calls. Front-of-room dual-display setups for hybrid meetings — one for content, one for remote attendees, so neither audience disappears. 4K when content matters; 1080p when it doesn't.

Distributed audio, properly zoned.

Background music, paging, and emergency announcements zoned by space — retail floor, fitness studio, restaurant front of house, warehouse picking aisle. 70-volt distribution where runs are long, networked audio (Q-SYS, Dante) where the building is already wired.

Cable management you can service.

Every rack is labeled, every cable is dressed, every patch is documented. Six months later, when something needs to be swapped, we (or anyone you bring in) can trace any signal in the room without unplugging twelve other things.
