01 / Capabilities

Six systems.
One integrator.

Every door and every camera lives on the same network we built and documented. No mystery cabling. No "ask the last guy who installed it."

CAP-01

IP Camera Systems

PoE cameras over Cat6/Cat6A — fixed, dome, multi-sensor and PTZ. Engineered around building geometry, not catalog photos.

CAP-02

Video Recording

On-prem NVR for retention at scale, cloud VMS for fast multi-site deployment, or a hybrid that stores locally and replicates off-site.

Access Control

PDK-led door control with cloud admin. Mag-locks, electric strikes, request-to-exit, REX integration, free-egress hardware to code.

Credentials & Readers

Encrypted prox cards, mobile credentials, PIN keypads, and biometrics. Programmed, issued, and revoked from a single console.

Intercom & Visitor Mgmt

Two-way video intercom for lobby and gate. Visitor management for badge printing, NDA capture, and pre-registration.

Alarm & System Integration

Cameras, doors, intrusion, and fire annunciation tied to a single platform. Events trigger video, video confirms events.

02 / Process

Survey. Design. Install. Manage.

The same four steps on every project — single-door retrofit or multi-site campus. The work scales; the standard doesn't.

01
Site survey
We walk the building. Doors, sightlines, ceiling type, IDF rooms, existing cabling. The quote you get back reflects the building you have, not a square-foot guess.
02
Design
Camera placement, coverage maps, door schedules, credential plan, network topology, and a written bill of materials. You see the design before we cut a hole.
03
Install
Our crew runs the cable, mounts the gear, terminates the panels, and commissions every device. We don't subcontract the trades that matter.
04
Manage
Documentation handed off. Optional managed plan keeps cameras online, doors operating, and credentials current — one number, one team.
03 / How we build

Technical decisions, made out loud.

The choices behind every Wizer security install — written down so there's no mystery, no proprietary lock-in, no "trust us."

Cabling: Cat6A, terminated and tested.

Every camera and every reader runs over Cat6A — full 23-AWG, plenum where required by code. Each drop is labeled at both ends, certified on a Fluke tester, and logged in a port map you keep. PoE budget is calculated per switch, not assumed.

NDAA Section 889 compliance.

Federal Section 889 prohibits Hikvision, Dahua, Hytera, Huawei and ZTE gear on covered projects. We default to NDAA-compliant manufacturers on every install — Turing and Axis Communications for cameras, PDK for access control. If you ever bid federal work, the system doesn't have to be ripped out and replaced.

PoE-only, no coax.

Every camera we install is IP, powered over Ethernet from a managed switch on its own VLAN. No RG-59. No DVRs. The system lives on the network, where it can be patched, monitored, and upgraded without sending a truck.

Cloud, on-prem, or both.

Cloud video (VMS) is faster to deploy and easier across multiple sites. On-prem NVR is cheaper at scale and keeps footage local for HIPAA, CJIS, and insurance retention requirements. We design for the use case — including hybrid setups where critical streams record both ways.

Access control on PDK Cloud Nodes.

PDK gives us cloud administration without a server in your closet. Add a user, change a schedule, suspend a card — from any browser, anywhere. OSDP-capable readers, Wiegand fallback for legacy doors, request-to-exit hardware specified to local AHJ requirements.

Documentation you keep.

Every install ships with as-built drawings, port-map spreadsheet, device inventory with MACs and firmware, switch configs, and admin credentials. If you replace us, you can. Most clients don't.

02 / Industries

From single-tenant retrofits to ground-up campuses, the work changes but the standard doesn't.

04 / FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask.

Direct answers — no marketing. If yours isn't here, call us.

Yes. We standardize on NDAA Section 889-compliant manufacturers — primarily Turing and Axis Communications — for federal contractor sites and any client who wants to stay clear of the Hikvision/Dahua restriction. We do not sell or install banned-brand gear, even when it's cheaper.
After we hand over the keys

The system is only as good as the team supporting it.

When the install is done, the system has to keep working — through firmware drift, staff changes, ISP outages and the day someone unplugs the wrong thing. Wizer Managed Site Operations keeps it that way.

  • 24/7 monitoring on cameras, doors, AV gear and network.
  • One number to call. We answer it.
  • Lifecycle planning so nothing surprises your budget.
